Dear Parents: A Message For You

Dearest Parents,

I believe that we can remain connected to our precious children, and that our love for them is infinite. If we work together, please know that the depth of your love, the depth of your grief, and your continuing connection with your child will be deeply honored.

I also know this inconsolable pain personally. In 2024, I lost my 26-year-old son, Max, and losing him shattered everything I thought I understood about how life was supposed to unfold. I miss Max so much, and at the same time, I carry him with me in everything I do.

I chose to incorporate the infinity symbol into my logo for Whole Person Healing Therapy for a reason that is deeply meaningful to me. A few years ago, Max wrote me a Mother’s Day card that included 4 the words, “I love you to infinity,” along with the infinity symbol. That symbol represents my unbreakable bond with him.
